![]() The touchpad is clearly not of good quality. ![]() That is ridiculous, replacing touchpad takes 3 weeks now? I asked to just send me one so I can replace it myself (I saw how simple that is at the first replacement). They want to stick me to my support contract and want me to hand in de laptop. I called Dell again and asked for a better touchpad, and again an engineer to replace it but they refused. till again after 4 weeks or so it showed the same issue. I called Dell and the offered to replace the touchpad (I had a carry-in contract but out of loyalty the sent in an engineer to replace it.). Using a different finger sometimes worked, using my other hand seemed to work better for a while. It started not to respond to movements of my finger. I tried the solution and it seemed to work, but soon after the touchpad issue manifested itself again.Īfter 2 to 3 weeks of buying this laptop the touchpad started to act weird.
